David Pierce

David Pierce serves as a Director and Treasurer. He has BS and MS degrees in engineering fields and was a licensed Professional Engineer registered in Virginia. After serving twenty years in the US Army (Corps of Engineers) and retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel, he worked as a senior manager at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency in Virginia.  Moving to New Hampshire in retirement, he immediately started a third career of community service as he has held positions on the town’s Budget Committee, Sewer Commission, Planning Board, and Select Board. He also served two terms at the NH State House as a State Representative for the town. He brings good nonprofit experience to the Board as he has been a Treasurer for eight different nonprofit organizations based in Goffstown and Manchester.
