About Mary
A librarian for about forty years, Mary has a substantial record of library leadership and successful grant writing and fundraising experience for libraries and other nonprofit organizations. She is pleased to bring this background to the Goffstown Public Library Foundation, which she joined as a Director in 2023.
Mary grew up in Goffstown, attending Goffstown public schools, borrowing more books than she could count from the public library, and graduating from Saint Anselm College. She earned her Master of Library Science from Kent State University and has worked in library management in colleges and universities as well as government, membership, and law firm libraries in Ohio and New Hampshire. She moved back to Goffstown in 2016 and currently manages library and research services for a law firm. Mary has a robust record of community engagement and board service, volunteering across many local, regional, and national organizations.
