Your privacy is important to the Goffstown Public Library Foundation. We have developed this policy to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal information you share with us on our website and via donations and other engagement with the Foundation.

The Goffstown Public Library Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy of our online visitors. We collect information from visitors and donors who provide the Foundation their contact information for our mailing list, to receive periodic email announcements, and/or to make donations to the Foundation. This information is used only by the Foundation for its work. We do not rent, sell, or trade your personal information to any outside company or organization.

Should you donate to the Foundation, via our website or in person, note that we do not store credit card transactions on our servers. All credit card transactions are encrypted and protected by third-party service providers that specialize in handling such information. By providing your personal information in a transaction on our website or via our third-party service providers, you are expressing an understanding that there is a risk that your information could be compromised, and the Foundation will not be held liable for such an event. While we do not store credit card information, we do maintain a list of donors to the Foundation with contact information for our record-keeping, legal requirements, and future solicitation.

By visiting our website or by providing us information offline, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our donor database and mailing list. Please contact the Goffstown Public Library Foundation if you would like us to update, correct, or remove your personal information from our mailing list.
